Straight answers
The questions owners actually ask, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone.
What does it cost?
It depends on your market, which is why we audit first, free, and quote after. A one-town business with a decent website needs far less work than a three-county business starting from scratch. Ongoing work is a flat monthly amount agreed up front, with the scope in writing. The longer answer is on the pricing page.
How fast will I see results?
Honestly: it depends on what's broken. Google Business Profile improvements usually show in two to six weeks. Organic rankings take around three months. Anyone who promises page one in thirty days is describing an ad, a scam, or a search nobody types. I track your rankings street by street every month, so you'll see movement in the report before you feel it in the phone.
Do you lock people into long contracts?
We ask for enough runway to judge the work fairly, roughly three months, because that's how long the slowest pieces take to show. Past that, the monthly report is what keeps you, or doesn't. We're not interested in holding clients with paperwork.
Who actually does the work?
I do. Savannah Basin Digital is currently one person. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor or an overseas team you've never met. That's also why the client list stays small.
You're new. Why should I trust you?
You shouldn't have to, and I built the process around that. The audit comes first and it's free, so you see real data about your market before a dollar moves. Then everything gets measured against a day-one baseline you can check yourself. Trust the numbers, not me.
What areas do you serve?
Augusta, Georgia and the surrounding CSRA: Evans, Grovetown, Martinez, North Augusta, Aiken, and the towns around them. If you're a bit outside that and your market is interesting, ask anyway.
What's the one-competitor rule?
I never work for two businesses competing for the same customers in the same market. If I'm helping you win roofing in Augusta, every other Augusta roofer who calls gets turned away for as long as you're a client. Helping both sides of a fight means cheating one of them.
Do you run paid ads?
Yes. Our core work is your business' search engine presence. Ads are a great way to suplement organic traffic once your online presence is solid. I typically don't recommend Google Ads before your online presence is fully built
What happens if it doesn't work?
The monthly report will show all results, which is the point of the report. I'll tell you what I'm changing and why. If it stays flat, you should leave, and the numbers will have given you fair warning. I'd rather lose a client honestly than keep selling something that doesn't work.
